Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. If we have a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed. If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping and Delivery Calculation

Shipping costs vary from country to country. This depends on the country selected in the list at the top of the page or at the bottom of the page on the mobile version. Select your country and you will receive the shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time

For the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and the European Union: 2 – 10 days.

Rest of the World: 10 – 40 days, depending on the destination.

Logistics

We reserve the right to use a different shipping company than the one selected by the customer if we believe that delivery can be expedited.

Damage

NJK is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, we will contact you as soon as possible with a solution. Please save all packaging materials and damaged items until you file a claim.
